The government was taking over, laws were repelled, people started killing, it was a bloody mess, some people were taking sides. The retaliation or the government. After the government took and killed your brother in front of you, there was no choice. You lead the retaliation and was extremely powerful and now you had an army. They took everything from you, now you want it back.

You became a sinister smooth talking leader of thousands, spray painting and saving innocent lives in the town of south park, semi anonymously. But what happens when a familiar face pops up, on the "wrong side".
