3 years have passed since Nathan Drake's last expidition. He's been living like a normal guy would with his wife, Elena Fisher Drake in his arm, also with senior fortune hunter and mentor, Victor "goddamn" or "Sully" Sullivan. On the day of Elena and Nathan's 5th wedding anniversary, Elena and Sully are gunned down by the lost son of warlord and dead enemy of Drake, Zoran Lazarevich, Ed Lazarevich. Angered, Drake promises himself to stop fortune hunting, for good. Yet again, he is forced to break that promise when ex lover, Chloe Frazer comes to him with the location of King Richard I's sword, worth millions, with the added bonus of a dead Lazarevich. Convinced, he sets out to the UK where things get crazier than they have in the past.
