Faces on Milk Cartons

While searching for his missing sister, Mark stops at a run down gas station to put up flyers. There, he meets an elderly clerk who still lives in the past, in a world where being a neighbor meant something. He also remembers a number of similar mysterious disappearances from around the area over the years. Could this old man's memories of time gone by hold the key to finding Mark's sister?
