Heart break, what I caused him. Longing, what he caused me. Fault, the blame on my shoulders. Bribe, on the person who bribed me. Stay away, from my mate, my broken, broken mate was the bribed command.

My turn to shift, my turn to find a mate, my turn to go through hell, my turn to break what is broken more than what is already completely and utterly shattered. My turn to live and yet die slowly inside. My turn was here but then again my whole bloodline was cursed.

My turn and yet I didn't want it to be anymore.

'How can you love me' he says in doubt through mindlink. 'I don't know' I replied because there were to many reasons why I could, yet some how I still needed to leave him. 'How can you love a dog like me' he says and I use all my will power to not cry as I said "I can't, I can't love a dog" then I turned around and walked away. And I couldn't love a dog the way I loved him, he was no dog he was a man and a werewolf, he is my mate.

My Mother Runs With Wolves

51 parts Complete

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life. [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]
