A whole month has passed since Chloe's sacrifice to save everyone in Arcadia Bay. Now December, Max still struggles with getting back on her feet, although she has the help of Kate and Warren. Winter Break arrives and Max goes back to Seattle for the Holidays, but ends up having nightmares of chaos not only in Seattle, but the whole world. With Chloe gone, Max must look to Kate and Warren for support.

Jimmy gets the sinking feeling she never left, but instead is in hiding from someone or has moved and just blocked Chloe on everything. What will this trio of friends find?
