Xavier University is your ordinary school, but with a little more tech then most. Xavier University was destroyed in 1997
Because of people in the neighborhood hearing and seeing explosions the explosion shot pieces of tech into the air and crashing into buildings. The school was then rebuilt to teach young inventors to build robots.
