For centuries - the Pacific Mermaid Pod has been ruled by King Triton and now the throne may be up for grabs - well for Princess Ondina that is - to step up as Queen. She has led the life that her father and her grandfather wanted - and now with the King sick - she needs to do her royal responsibilities. The whole pod all just welcomed children - which is extremely rare - for this pod and she just wants to focus on raising her son, Oceanus before taking over the Royal Dynasty. The pods are under attack from Astraions who want to kill the newborns before they have a chance to gain power. So, one day Rana - the pod leader - has an idea which is forbidden to do - but under special circumstances; she is willing to break the forbidden rule. In order to save the next generation for at least 15 years - she turns to humans for help. Once she talks to the land-people - they come up with an agreement; to let them raise the children in the land above; and they had to do it soon. A talisman is given to conceal their powers and tail; as well as a document that is to be given once they turn 15; and that is when they will return to the sea - and attend The Mermaid Academy: A new school that teaches the juvenile fledglings how to be what they are.

What would you do if your kingdom was under attack? What if you had to forcibly give your children up to complete strangers to save them and the Kingdom? What would you do if you had to hide the truth for fifteen long years?

The Virus Within: The Unranked (Book 4)

50 parts Complete

Season 4 of The Virus Within Trinity is familiar with zombies, being one herself, but when strange zombies start appearing, she realizes that the world she knew might be changing yet again. When a dangerous set of scientific notes are discovered, Trinity and her friends don't realize anything is wrong until a frantic radio call comes in. Unaware of the notes, they race to the south and struggle to determine where the strange zombies came from. The zombies are unlike any ranks previously seen, and they aren't as predictable. Some have new tricks hidden up sleeves, forcing any Stronghold they encounter to quickly adapt to the new challenge or risk being overrun. Secrets never remain hidden, and zombie apocalypses never make life easy.
