Astrid was to young to remember when the Magician took her. All she knew was that she wanted to leave the tent and never come back. She barely remembered her family but she knew one day she would find them. She was taught dark magic magic that could turn the sky into blood. When you looked at the magician his hands seemed to be dripping of blood. Astrid could have sworn that she could tell how much "blood is on your hand"just by looking at you.
