When he was around 14 a certain part of the government took him from his family and experimented on him. Now he has an ability many would kill for. His body learns any skill, or copies any power...instantly. He has become very powerful from this...you're going to be viewing this story as if it was his journal. (Reminder this is a super hero/super villain story. He never can decide what he is. There will be many different parts of his life involved in this story.
