READ THE SEQUEL: HOLD ON FOREVER IT'S UP NOW! ~~~~ Ebony Rose Shields is a fourteen year old girl living in England who doesn't really fit in with the kids at her school, when her dad gets a job that requires the family to move to America, she's nervous and excited, but she has no idea that the Bratayley family will be her next door neighbors. She's never even heard of Bratayley, but little does she know her life is about to change for the better.
"The Boy Next Door" is a FanFiction for Caleb Logan, who passed away recently. It is set one year into the future, (CALEB DOES NOT DIE), and it's about growing out of childhood, getting a girlfriend, having his first kiss, and having new people come into Caleb's life, because sadly we'll never actually get to see him do any of these things.
I HAVE MADE A FEW CHANGES IN THE STORY AND THEY'RE MEANT TO BE THAT WAY, FOR EXAMPLE, IT'S SET IN 2016 SO CALEB IS 14.
(i have written this story during my time of mourning caleb logan's death, and if you're having a hard time with caleb's death, imagine you're ebony, and you get to be neighbors with the Bratayley family. it really made me feel better writing this, it was like an escape from reality. i hope i can help you feel better, it really helped me.)
