It's Christmas time at Ravenwood Academy, a private coeducational high school for the young and bright. Andi is a first year student at this prestigious institution, where she doesn't really fit in. She is best described as the school delinquent, beating up gangs on her free time, and depriving the student council president, Kristoff, of any time off from cleaning up after her "mess." It has always been the same cycle: go to school, pick a fight, and then get a detention. That is until Max, a boy from the classroom next door, enters Andi's life. After a much horrible first meeting, Max becomes Andi's newest victim but when the two take their animosity for each other too far, earning them a suspension warning from the principal, they must work together in setting up for the annual Christmas Ball; and when Max attains one crucial and black mail worthy information on Andi, she is coerced into spending more time with Max.

When workaholic lawyer Sarah Winters inherits her grandmother's beloved Christmas shop, there's a catch: she must run it through December or lose it to developers. The last thing she needs is to return to Pine Grove, where memories of the Christmas she ran away are as thick as the falling snow. Even worse? The shop's apartment is occupied by Jack Porter-her childhood best friend, current handyman, and the guy she kissed under the Christmas tree ten years ago before disappearing to law school. Now he's all grown up, infuriatingly handsome, and determined to protect her grandmother's legacy. When a town competition forces them to work together, old sparks reignite between strands of Christmas lights and cups of secret-recipe hot chocolate. But as Sarah uncovers family secrets in her grandmother's recipe book and Jack confronts his own holiday heartbreak, they must decide if some traditions are worth fighting for-and if love deserves a second chance under the mistletoe. A heartwarming holiday romance about finding your way home, healing old wounds, and discovering that sometimes the best Christmas presents can't be wrapped-only felt.
