In the year 2115 Nudity isn't banned, but hair is. 

Basil doesn't understand this trade off. After meeting April her world is changed. She learns the history of her world and tells herself she will change it. Although Basil's biggest flaw is her ambition, will this lead to her downfall or the downfall of an age old law?

Inspired by The Uglies.
