These events take place immediately following the fateful events of episode 3x07. I wanted to rewrite the ending of Clexa (or non-ending in this case) to make up for what was ruined. So this is i guess you can say an AU of Clexa. I think of it as like and earth 2 version of Clarke and Lexa's story, so if just a few things changed what could have happened. I took the story we all love from the beginning and changed somethings to how I wished they would have ended for Clexa, then I added what the rest of the story would be like after they left. I wanted to write about Clarke and Lexa and the legacy they left behind.
