Nico has known Will since preschool, at least he thinks he has. In reality, Nico is suffering from schizophrenia and Will is the only hallucination he has that isn't hateful and cruel, in fact, he's just the opposite. Over time, Nico has fallen in love with this apparition and Will is so real that he just can't accept him being nothing more than a figment of his imagination.

Percy finds out about Nico's crush earlier than planned. And it's on neither of their terms. Until Percy gives him some good advice. Advice Nico takes to heart. But a demigod's life is never easy, and with a new prophecy and a new quest even darker forces are looming over the horizon, threatening to destroy the sunshine that Nico and another half-blood we all thought was gone have finally found. Placed during very beginning of Blood of Olympus/ between House of Hades and Blood of Olympus at the beginning. Then it switches to the end of Blood of Olympus. This is a solangelo story line. If you have not read Blood of Olympus, or do not ship solangelo, then I kindly ask you to reconsider your life choices. And then go do those things. I tried to stay true to the characters, I really truly did. If you're reading and you think I did something wrong, please let me know (but. you know. kindly.).
