This is a sequel to New Ally.
Percy was sent to magnolia by a curse placed upon him. Meanwhile Annabeth and the demigods are searching for a way to reach him.
(The gods wiped Fairy Tails memory of the demigods so don't be confused as to why they don't remember Percy from that time)
Also for any confusion they had travelled back in time to help Harry for the monsters went back in time to cause chaos.

Thirteen girls had lived a pretty crazy life, which just got even crazy. Two people named Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase come to pick them up, claiming they are some kind of demigod. Soon they figure out that life is a lot harder than they thought it was. Monsters are crawling all over the world, waiting to feast on their flesh. They are taken to Camp Half-Blood, a safe haven for demigods, and taught how to fight...for about twenty seconds, then everything starts to turn upside down. Satyrs from all over the country have been captured and it's their siblings job to rescue them. Their siblings are given a prophecy, only to later realize that the prophecy wasn't really meant for them in the first place. The eight were the captured, not the satyrs, and now it's the thirteen demigods job to rescue their siblings from the torture that awaits them. Percy Jackson at Hogwarts
In the worlds of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson, Harry is eating dinner in the Great Hall and Percy is being chased by monsters. How do the two worlds meet? Simple. Percy falls through the enchanted glass ceiling of the great hall unconscious. Percy doesn't know where he is, only that he's being chased by monsters. Fighting in the sky with Blackjack, there are only two monsters left. The monsters hit Blackjack and Percy with their clubs upside the head, rendering them unconscious and spiralling in different directions. As Percy plummets downwards, Riptide slips out of his hand and slices through the two remaining monsters, killing them out of pure luck. Or is it pure luck?
