Grief-stricken, Kogitsunemaru is drawn to a secluded hilltop buried deep in the forest.  There he believes he will draw his last breath and finally join his beloved in the afterlife.  But when he arrives to this sacred place, he bears witness to a secret as ancient as time itself, discovering the truth behind the disappearing moon....

I'd like to dedicate the story to Kachamatcha.  Thank you for giving me such an amazing story concept.  I never know how a plot will change and evolve when I'm writing, and this was not the story I intended to tell when I first set out on this commission.  But the heart wants what the heart wants, and as I wrote, this is the story that was born from mine.  I'm not sure if this is what you envisioned when you messaged me, Kachamatcha, but I sincerely hope you enjoy it nonetheless.

Though his studies have been flowing in more and more, the thought still lays at the back of his mind. Just to relieve stress, he goes to his secret spot, just to see an unsuspected visitor. Daichi was raised to hate elves, the only problem, he doesn't. He's read the books, heard the stories, and even took a hunting course, but he doesn't want to kill them. His parents are super supportive of him, but they don't like that he doesn't want to join the family business.
