Seth is a broken soul, he's longing for human contact, something that he normally rejects. Something that he's not all that used to. He's had a tough life, being adopted at birth, watching his adoptive mother die and then get verbally and physically abused by the father. 

He's got depression. He's got PTSD. He's not okay. 

One night in October, Seth relapses, and he finds his salvation in a snarky guardian Angel. One who honestly looks as if she belongs down in hell-sharing pina coladas with Satan himself. 

Her name is Trixie. She thinks that she's over what happened in her life. With the death of her parents and the murder of her brother constantly plaguing her mind, she attempts to aid Seth into finding himself. Trixie soon finds herself becoming rather fond of Seth...
