Fantastic! (Harry Potter/Doctor Who Crossover)

Eilia St. Clare is no ordinary Hogwarts witch. A few weeks ago she appeared out of nowhere. She hadn't taken the Hogwarts Express to get to school, and no one was there to drop her off. She says that she transferred from a muggle school and into her seventh year. No one knows where this girl came from or how she knows everything from the past years' classes, and no one asks.
This year, though, some freaky things start to happen. The mirrors in the school are not acting normal. The mirror reflections are not reflecting and instead move on their own. Along with the new girl and the non-reflecting reflections, there's a new Astronomy Professor that shares many secrets with Eilia, although neither of them are aware of it yet.
