Muchas personas hoy en día pasan cosas similares como la Depresión , Ansiedad , Ataques de pánico , Bipolaridad y muchas otras cosas relacionadas , el cincuenta por siento de las personas prefieren no hablar y el otro cincuenta por ciento de las personas piden ayuda . No es bueno quedarte callado si tienes miedo y no quieres hablar esta bien , hay muchos que ansuperado la depresión y yo se que tu seras uno de ellos . La Depresión no es un mito , la Depresión existe hay muchas personas que se anquitado la vida a base de eso y muchos porque no recibieron la ayuda que necesitaban . Si tienes Depresión y no quieres hablar, te recomiendo que leas este libro , tal ves no estemos ahí contigo pero lo estaremos en cada frase , en cada palabra y en cada prueba. Si quieres superar la Depresión y decir "yo supere la Depresión" entonces anda anímate a leer este libro.
