A new competition, called the Gundam Build Competitors Tournament, is announced, where the best Gunpla builders and fighters from around the world are invited to compete on a remote island named Ark. The island is equipped with a state-of-the-art system that allows the Gunpla to move and fight in realistic environments, simulating various scenarios from the Gundam series. The winner of the tournament will receive a huge prize and the title of the ultimate Gunpla master. The main protagonist is Leo, a young and talented Gunpla builder who loves the original Mobile Suit Gundam series.
