[Currently discontinued] I lost everything before I even knew how to live. Orphaned, cast into the care of relatives who never wanted me, I learned early that the world doesn't notice when you disappear. To everyone around me, I am quiet, polite, fragile. I stay in the corners. I smile when I must. People say I'm sweet, obedient, unassuming - perhaps they are right. Perhaps they don't see the ways I watch, the choices I make in silence. I move carefully. I observe. I wait. Some doors, once opened, are better left undiscovered. They called me a tragedy. Perhaps they were right - or perhaps they never truly understood. The Peacekeepers: Secret War
Christian theologian and philosopher Augustine of Hippo once said, "The purpose of all war is peace". In the world we live in today, this saying is one much too true. The Great War, the Second World War, the Vietnam War... these are all examples of such a catastrophe. Which ever one is made topic for discussion, the results are still the same - millions dead, and if not, suffering the aftermath. Despite all this, the sacrifices weren't in vain, as the necessary peace was kept. However, a war rages on, and this time, it could end the world. Two secret organizations, the Peacekeepers, who makes it its mission to protect the world, and the Southpaw, who's bent on destroying it. Hiroyuki Watanabe, a fellow Peacekeeper, is part of this war. A soldier, one too young. Along with his team of brave souls, the boy endeavors to end this secret war, before it ends humanity. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Author's Note: This was and still is my very first story. To elaborate even further, it was also my first time writing anything at all. My original intentions were to test the waters and see how it appeals to any and every reader that comes across it. (Used to be Burning) If someone had told me that three years after my best friend went missing, I would be the one to stop the impending doom of the human race, just to bring them down myself, I would have called you crazy. But now, it seems I have a newer and crazier reality- One where a couple of teens can pose a threat to the most prominent organization in the world, the truth can change at the flick of a wrist, and everything can mean nothing at all. All while the universe herself is the only thing in control. -------- So.... I don't like this, so I'm starting over. Victoria just seems so bland, and she's not at all how I wanted her to be. F*** Cancer, This One Did Us All In.
There's not a lot that can freak me out in this world. Only large animals with sharp claws, too many people touching me, bullies, hives, horror movies, sitting underneath fans or lights or anything that dangles from a ceiling, glass or wooden bridges, my mother, mosquitoes, public situations, taking a shower with nobody in the house, taking a shower with too many people in the house and crocks. Oh, and zombies. Zombies is definitely on that list. It's almost a shame too, that I have to race through a city packed full of them to find my missing family. Packed full of zombies, by the way, not crocks. (Although I don't know which situation is worse.) Now I have to not only keep my feeble body alive, but also protect (or be protected by) my two best friends in the entire world as we all try to survive in a city packed with the Dead.Complete

Some of you believe in fate and some of you don't. That's ok in our world. In the world that I created Fate has been acting strange and selfish for a long time. She was always fascinated with humans and the fact that they had soulmates because a lot of other races didn't. Ever since humans started traveling through space, that opened millions of new opportunities for Fate to make the human soulmates meet. However, because of her strange behavior, Fate made too many mistakes. After that, Fate made what she thought, was a good move. What she didn't count on was that the good move she made knew that you can cheat fate. One and his crew don't know how ironic it is that she chose them to make her good move. -------------------------------------- Notes: I didn't use any movies or series for inspiration, the story is my original work. This is just the result of my weird imagination and brain thinking about what that character would do and telling me what to write.
