Tokyo, Japan 25/3/XXXX 3.24 a.m ;; a game store was destroyed and on fire. All of the people in it are burnt to dust and there was a tv screen shining. " WANT TO DIE ? " it let out a voice while the screen shows :

Hotaru was just a 16 y.o male and he is a NEET . He has a little sister, mother, and father but he spends his time 24/7 in his room, either playing video/pc games or browsing the internet.
