There was another page which read: Decree for the marriage law. Note: The newly wed couple has to follow these decrees in order to complete the marriage law. The pair in question has to get married in 15 days from receiving the letter. III. The newly wed bride is expected to get pregnant in a year after the marriage is consummated. IV. As per the marriage law, the couple has to consummate their marriage only after the said couple falls in love. V. If the said couple fails to do so then they will face the consequences. VI. The couple has been prohibited from using any contraception.
