This is a Once Upon A Time story.It may include references from doctor who.
The main ship is SwanQueen but it will include some Rumbelle and SleepingWarrior.
Emma is a junior doctor and Regina is a patient that is regularly admitted to A and E because of she has problems with her heart.
She has to had many surgical operations to fix the problem non have worked.
She has 1 month left to live but can junior doctor Emma find the solution.
