Oh, Delilah

For Delilah Emerson life has been anything but pleasant. After dealing with her sister's tragic death then being diagnosed with depression, two years later Delilah is looking forward to moving away from their 'home' and to a new town where she can start a new quiet life, where she can fly under the radar until college. But things don't go exactly as she had hoped. The stares she receives everywhere she goes, for example, is something she had hoped wouldn't happen. Attention from the notorious Adrian Harper is another good example of something she hadn't hoped for.
