It's been a few months since Clara resumed her travels with her beloved Time Lord after he saved her from the Dream Crabs last Christmas, and they are once again spinning through time and space in that great blue box, off to the races once more! 

And everything is great! Everything is just fine.

Except it isn't.

Because when the Doctor turns up to Clara's flat to take her off on another adventure, he discovers that it hasn't been five days since she's last seen him, but five months. But time isn't the only thing that's changed. 

Clara is pregnant. And Clara is dying.
