Cerise Ashcroft is an assassin who kills corrupt officials. She strikes fear in the royal court and gives hope to the people of Eclaria. She works for The Secret assassins Clan named Eclipse as the best assassin in all of Espen. She kills in the name of justice but of course collects a bounty.

Colin Meyers is a knight to King Julius, who doesn't mind the murders commited by The Raven, but sends Colin on the vigilante's trail anyways. Colin is the best knight in Espen, the best fighter, until he's met his match. He's on a mission to catch this murderer self-proclamed vigilante and prevent future deaths.

What happens when they finally cross paths? What happens when it happens more then once? And as different identities? Who will betray the other? Who will begin what is the inevitable?
