Life used to be simple for Chrys. Though times were tough, nothing was too much for her. Unlike most unfortunate souls, she had food on the table, clothes on her back, a roof over head and supportive family and friends. What more could she possibly want?

I'm glad you decided to check this book out. I know the summary needs work (I did it a while ago) but if you continue to read this book, I promise you won't regret it.
