Social outcast John Young, the adopted son of The Young family , after a strong energy surge from his body stops a bunch of bullies from mugging him is kidnapped by a government organisation where he discovers he was part of a project to create a universal super soldier . After being saved by a man referred to simply as X , who works for an organisation called The Foundation John is called in to help stop other projects like him who have escaped the government and keep them away from the governments project. As he works for the foundation along with other projects like him he faces new challenges and has to stop the rogue projects from causing trouble in public and revealing their existence and the government from taking them back.
