Life is a spiderweb. Mysterious, willowy, fragile. Simple to be tangled in unimportant matters. Irreparably shredded under certain tragic circumstances. And, when one gauzy thread succumbs to the pressure, the surrounding finespun strands crumple; in that instant, the entire web collapses.

A simple act of murder. That's all it is. A hand, holding a knife. Reacting, burying that knife into the stomach of her best friend. No thinking of consequences.
