Ink together with the judges elaborated a plan to finally stop Error. A deadly trap. Impossible to escape even for the feared destroyer. But someone is not following the plan. Things get out of control. Error gets out of control. Although things don't go exactly as planed, and the results are more chaotic than they should. It still worked. Error was finally gone. Lost into the VOID, scattering across time and space. But someone had their eyes on the broken destroyer for a long time, and they were waiting for this moment. Now they can finally act. And take care of their chosen child. ... Error woke up at the sound of his own crying. What? What's this sound? Why can't he speak? Wait, where is he? Why can't he get up? ...Uh? (edit) I forgot to add that this started out as a confessional journal about becoming clean after a 10 year + addiction to OTC cold meds, but that was not my style of writing, I liked the material so I wanted to expand it into a novel length work featuring the journal elements. To say this work is a roller coaster would put it lightly. Although there are elements of time travel I would consider my sudden transitions reality travel. I use actual experience and dreams as a foundation, then toss in some fourth wall breaking narratives (meta-fiction), with a sprinkling of facts and quotations from songs and factual articles. It tends to be written similarly to an essay sans the boring. I have been influenced strongly by Vonnegut and W. S. Burroughs , and a wide variety of album rock, and that bleeds through. The tags dystopian and dark humor describe the whole piece best but there is a lot of genre jumping. I've done a good deal of research, not just for factual things but for the type of writing I do. Although not technically fan fiction, there is a nod to Final Fantasy games. The cover photo is a shared copyright, Brian Barbour took the photo, I added treatments.

The concept of Fate, Destiny, The Balance, and Error being the forced destroyer of Au's belongs to the writer @harrish6. They have given me permission to use their idea in my story. That being said, there will be some parts in the story that's directly copied from their story called 'Healing What Has Been Broken'. Keep in mind I was give permission to use it and in no way shape of form am I claiming their work as my own. In this story Error does know about the balance and what will happen if it tips over too much. Error does not like to destroy Au's but does it for the sake of humanity. Error doesn't interact with other people thinking they will just make his job harder. Basically, Error is empty. He still remembers that he was able to feel emotions at some point in time but he doesn't remember what they feel like. Fresh is a parasite who goes from body to body in order to survive. Fresh has never felt emotions in his life he just imitates what he sees and rolls with it. What will happen when destroyer meets parasite? *I wrote this when I was 14. Don't expect much.
