Mango Showers

Rohan, a sixteen year old boy, is an introvert. He loves spending time alone and finds it difficult to initiate conversations. The only person he was attached to was his mother, who committed suicide four years ago, after being constantly rejected by his father. Rohan loathes his father, who is a cardiologist, a man with his own story of unrequited love. Rohan believes his father is the reason she killed herself. Rohan paints dejected scenes, each one emitting some kind of negativity.
He returns to his Nanny four years later, to attend a marriage. As he sees the orchard, the place his mother was cremated, the horrible memories are back.
One day, a pretty girl steps out of a hatchback in the neighborhood. Rohan feels pulled towards her.
Vrishti, a girl of sixteen, is a cheerful soul, rich with expressions. She loves to talk and travel. And she can talk endlessly.
As they interact, a story begins. And with that begin the sands of time. Will they plough through?
