Work, school, hanging out with friends, etc, but all of that went away like a blink of an eye when a man wearing a plague doctor costume touches a fellow New Yorker. Hadley Clarkson has to survive a prison outbreak filled with infected people, or known as blood infested zombies. As the plague spreads, Hadley soon realizes that there are more plague doctors showing up in the cities.
