They say eyes are the passageway to the soul... Well they take that saying a LOT more seriously here.
The year is 7352, after a war between the gods, cases of heterochromia took the world by storm. Every child born, had two different colored eyes and -as generation after generation later came to learn- had a soul mate with the same colored eyes.
Seems easy and all doesn't it? Knowing that you have a soul mate destined for you and all you have to do to find them is to look for your matching pair of eyes?
Not for Adeline Mccurty.
Adeline was born with two different colored eyes -just like everyone else. In fact no one alive today has been born with two matching eyes- however Adeline also had an extremely rare condition that turned one of her eyes purple.
Adeline -having just turned 18- has started losing hope in finding her matching pair, but once she goes on a trip around the world, her last hope at finding her match...she finally finds them.
However things aren't all rainbows and unicorns, nothing ever is.
Caedmon -her match- always wondered who his match would be, who had the other purple eye. But he never wanted to actually find her. Him knowing his dark past would shred her to pieces and leave her as dust. So he keeps to himself, running his million dollar industry but never letting the paparazzi see his eyes.
However when fate brings the two together... When they finally match eyes...
What happens?
Will Caedmon's dark past and haunting secret keep them two apart?
How about Adeline's past that she wishes she can forget but never can?
Will they ever realize that maybe it's their pasts and secrets that bind them?
Or will they let their matching eyes leave their life?

The banging starts again but this time a lot louder. I can hear the girls screaming up stairs. I pick up my phone and dial 911. "Hello this is 911 what's your emergency?" A woman emerges and walks toward me. She snaps her fingers and the pretty brown wolf is in front of me. Right there by my face. "Ridanna you know what to do." Her teeth is wrapped around my neck and she sinks them in. I try to scream but it's hard to. At first it hurts but now the pain no longer exists. I feel like there is no such thing as pain and I feel light as if I can float off the Earth. Fine as hell white boy with a pro-black activist fall for each other. Cherise Miss Activist doesn't want to date Zaire the fine as hell white boy not for his race but for his secrets. When she was seven, a faithful night, she slept off being able to see the would through bright eyes and the next morning everything was as dark as coal. 11years later you'd think she would be used to the idea of being blind but she isn't. One night would change her life. After going to university, a week -2 weeks into the tern her vision started to clear up and to celebrate, her roommate decided to take her out for a drink. Somewhere along the line she looses her roommate and is saved by Vina or so she thinks. Vina tells the young girl she knows her and that she helped her which leaves the girl in a state of confusion. Vina snaps her finger and everything went dark again only then dose Innana realize her ability to see again is not by her power. Vina introduces her self as Savvina Vukasin, a demon but Innana refuses to believe until vina bears her claws and fangs out for Innana. The young girl asked the demon what she wants and the demon tells her in exchange for her ability to see she needs one thing but that's the one thing Innana can't give her.
