Grace Penelope Harvey was always in love with Jake Foster (the popular guy in her highschool). They knew each other since kindergarten. Senior year begins with Jake dumping Stacy Parrish; Bembridge High's cheer captain and queen bitch.
Everything takes a turn from there. Jake's behavior seems to change and he keeps to himself, he quits the soccer team and starts skipping class and getting into fights. Mr Popular now turned bad boy.
Grace takes it upon herself to find out what brought out Jake's change, all the while guarding a secret of her own.
