Boy Born Girl is a story about a 16 year old who faces hard times with bullies at school and abusive, religious, homophobic parents at home. Mary Cooper who go's by the name of Mac has no escape from the world she lives in and to top it all off she is a transgender male to afraid to come out to anyone. What will she do when she is forced to attend a new school with her rebellious younger brother Joseph.
