Lucinda Brooks has managed to get her clumsy, over-thinking, anti-social self to get mixed up with Alexander DeLuca's devilish smirks and ridiculous pickup lines. He was also way too confident for his own good. After Lucinda was a millisecond away from promoting herself to the school's absurd joke topics, Alex comes in to swoop her off her feet to save her. Literally. Finding herself in debt to this brown-eyed moron, she agrees to his "suggestion" on going on a road trip with him just so he can have some company.
