We all know, that in fairy tales, or any other story for that matter, there is a Hero, a Villain, and mostly a Damsel in Distress on the sidelines too... But what we don't know, is what makes the villains, well, villains... What drives them, to the edge of insanity? What makes them, who they are now? What is that little push, that makes their souls exceed from humanity, to inhumane? What made The Joker laugh like a madman, what made him that clever, cruel, cunning escape artist, a refugee, a criminal? What made Maleficent harsh, unnerving from her decisions? What, or rather, Who, broke Lady Tremaine's belief in trust, reliance and sincerity? What made the Evil Queen, evil.. What was the cause of her insecurities? Now you may assume: The lady doth think too much. Yes, 'tis true... If I don't wonder, someone else surely will, it's inevitable... So this is not a Happily Ever After, or even a Happy Ending. For this, my friends, is a plethora of those who never got their Happily Ever Afters.. instead, opted umconsciously for Happily Never Afters...

It all started with a superhero, one who vowed to help save the world and use her powers for good....But how can one keep a promise if they don't remember making it? What happens when the lines to right and wrong blur? When promises have to be broken? When the one thing you thought you could never lose, your morality, comes into question. What happens when the only person in the world that understands you is the person you believed was evil. But a reputation can be fabricated, evidence can be tampered and memories can be manipulated. How does one decide who's good and who's bad? Who's the hero and who's a villain? Maybe the only real difference between the two is a change in perspective or perhaps keeping an open mind. Sometimes even a "Villain" has a good side and even a "Hero" has a bad one...so what would happen if they were to see eye to eye?....Who would be there to pull them from the deep end?...or maybe the high tide is exactly where they want to be.
