Being the city whom the Legendary Storm God Kronn lived in the past, Lyas hold the pride to be the greatest city in the Earth.

After 300 years of Kronn's Empire, The Great Revolution, led by a Count named Vesuvius, along with 23 other Counts overthrown Lyas' Monarchy and took over. Now, Lyas is infested with Mobs, controlled by the Great 24 Counts.
As years pass by, a small group called Crows, arosed in the city and changed the ravaged Lyas.
