"It's okay." Elena says. 

"No. I kissed you without asking. I shouldn't have done that." Sam says. 

"No. You shouldn't have. But I also realized something." Elena says. "There's just no way we could go back, you know? Before it happened." 

"You're right. There's just no way." Sam says and shakes his head. Then, after a moment, Elena gives in and kisses him. Sam immediately responds, pushing her against the wall. 

They strip each other of their clothing and make their way to the bedroom, falling back onto the bed. Throughout the night, they continue to make passionate love, letting go of all they had been holding back. Hours later, they fall asleep in each other's arms, completely content.

Elena thought her whole world was over. 

She had gotten a call from a hospital, saying that Dean, Sam and their Dad had gotten into a car accident, a 18 wheeler ramming into them.

She had made it there, but just to find Sam there but Dean in a coma. The Yellow Eyed Demon had managed to track them down and kill their father.

All Elena wanted to do was leave them on their own and live her life. It wasn't her fault that she was born under a bad name. 

But she sucks it up and ends up road tripping with the brothers anyway. 

She finds out that there is way more people like Sam out there that are all been mysteriously taken. And so is he.

As time dwindles down, it's up to Dean, Elena and Bobby to bring him home. But what is left is heartbreak.

She stood before me with hair darker than it had been, eyes slightly clouded, almost distant. She smiled though. She always smiled. But there was something different. I could see it in the way she held herself. I could feel it around her like an aura. "Si...?" My voice died off, unbelieving that she was here, in front of me. "Been a while, huh, Dean-O?" She asked. I stride forward, all coherent thoughts dying as I quickly pulled her into my arms. She tensed for a moment, seeming taken aback as I hugged her close to me. Hesitantly, her arms snaked around my shoulders. I brought a hand up to cup the back of her head, shutting my eyes and taking a deep breath. Lavender and coconut....and whiskey? "I've missed you so much." I whispered. Saige pulled back then, shaking me off as if she didn't believe me. Then the door creaked open and a guy walked in. He was around my height, maybe an inch or two shorter. He had blond hair and dark eyes. "What are you doing here?" Saige asked, looking over at him. "Here to pick you up." He shrugged, a smirk forming on his face as he looked at me and placed an arm around her shoulder. "Nice to meet you. I'm Thomas." ____ One year after Sam sacrificed himself to stop the apocalypse, a year and a half after Saige died, and suddenly the two reappear, flipping Dean's world upside down and tilting it on its axis. He's pulled back into the hunting world now, unable to tell if he really wants to or not. Saige has had a horrible year. Her resurrection did not go as planned. Alexis Hart or Smith, as she prefers, grew up learning to hunt the things that go bump in the night. It was her life. She was taught it was the only thing that mattered. She never knew what normality felt like, she didn't even know what it was like to be a normal hunter. That was until she met Dean Winchester. At the age of thirteen Alexis was on a hunt with her father, he went out and said he'd be back in a little bit. Then when he didn't show up or even call Alexis knew what had happened. She was stuck here and after a few days of sitting in the motel room she decided to check out the supposedly haunted house where she met the fourteen year old Dean Winchester. She'd never met a hunter her age before. She hadn't met many hunters at all. Over the course of a week and a half the two grew close, bonding over the fact they both grew up hunting. Dean had even introduced her to his little brother Sam. When John came back from his hunt Dean did something Alexis had least expected. He asked of she could stay with them, seeing she had no where else to go. John pitied her and let her tag along. Now, almost thirteen years later dean and Alexis are still best friends. Elena hits her head in the roof and is unable to move. She coughs as glass bits crumble to the ground. "Ahh!" She screams in pain. Running feet are heard coming by. "Hello!" Dean appears and scares her. She screams. "Elena, it's me." He says. "My seat belt...I think it's stuck. I can't-" She says. "Sh sh sh." Dean says and crouches to her level. "I'm gonna unbuckle your seat belt, but first I need you to put your hands on the roof." Elena does what he says. "Is this okay..." She cries. "It's perfect." Dean says. "On the count of three, I'm gonna unbuckle you, okay?" "Okay." "One...two...three!" Dean yells and Elena falls in the roof. He pulls her out of the truck and puts her in her feet. She can't seem to stand. "You're okay." Dean says, relieved. Elena opens her tear-filled eyes. "He slept with her." She says and turns unconscious. Dean looks around to make sure that no one thought he was kidnapping her. Dean picks her up bridal style and puts her in his Impala. » After Dean is mysteriously brought back from Hell, Sam and Elena are left in confusion. But what Dean comes back to is anything but happy. Sam is working in secret with Ruby, the demon. Elena has no idea what Sam can really do because he is almost never around. Ruby, in a new body, is helping Sam exorcise demons using his demon side. After everything that happened with the demon Alexis was more confused than ever about what was going on with her. The doctors told her that she healed very quickly after the car accident. Unexpectedly quickly. Now she was trying to figure out what the demon meant and help the Winchester's with the death of their father. All while helping hunt down this demon, meeting new hunters, and realizing that Dean means a lot more to her than she previously had thought. She also can't shake the feeling she's being watched all the time. She starts to uncover the dark secrets of her family. Of her mother's. She tries to figure out what the demon wants from her, and how she can help kill it. And now, her nightmares have went from keeping her up for a few hours to scared to even close her eyes. The nightmares are getting more and more vivid as she watches them unfold every night. She can't stand the feeling of helplessness she has to live with now. The jumping at every shadow behind her, the fear of the dark and what lurks inside it, the dread that never leaves, the horror that awaits her every time she drifts off to sleep. Alexis wants it all to stop. But maybe with the Winchester's here to help her, like she's there to help them, it won't be that bad. Or will the shadows overtake Alexis? Will she drown in the darkness? Will that one light that she has burn out? Or will she make it through these dark times? And how is she sure better times wait ahead? Are there? He was so, so close, dangerously so. I couldn't bring myself to pull back, to break eye contact. I was entranced by him. He kept me there, locked in his intense gaze. His eyes burned with something I hadn't seen ever before. Or maybe I just hadn't noticed. "Penny for your thoughts, Si?" Dean's breath fanned my face, making me pull in a breath of my own. I needed to step back before I couldn't control myself. You. But I wouldn't tell him that. I couldn't. For one, his ego did not need it. Two, I was scared. I was terrified that this would go too far and it wouldn't work out. "Wouldn't you like to know?" The words slip past my lips faster than I can stop them. That seemed to happen around him. I couldn't control the things I say or do. Normally, I had the best self-control a person could hope for. But Dean...he was able to rip that to pieces with just one look, one word. Dean chuckles and my body warmed at the sound. He stepped closer. His body brushed mine now and I couldn't breathe. But the burn in my lungs felt nice. Dean looked at me for a few moments. I could see the wheels turning in his head. What was he thinking about? I desperately wanted to know. "Screw it." He muttered before leaning down and kissing me. ___ Saige Dawson was a longtime friend of the Winchesters, the eldest brother especially despite the fact she was two years younger than him. She'd always had a tiny crush on him, not that'd she's admit it. And definitely not to him. John would bring his sons to her father's farm where they'd spend a week or two every once in a while. Saige had grown up hunting and with the Winchesters. She'd opened up to Dean, shared all her secrets and spilled her entire life story. He did the same. So one day when he stops by for a visit and tells her that John was missing, Saige had to help. John was like a second father figure for her. She couldn't just leave him hanging. And she couldn't leave Dean hanging either. He needed her help. So she would help.

"You don't think I was shocked when I found out?" Dean asks. "I'm just as shocked as you are." Elena straightens up. "How long has he been back?" She asks. "A year?" "A year?" Elena repeats. "And he never came back to get me. Wow." She says lamely. "He thought he was protecting you." Dean says. Elena looks angry. "He could've picked up the phone and called me!" She yells. "Don't shoot the messenger, I found out not too long ago." Dean says. "That's why I need you to come with me so you can both-" "I'm not going." Elena says. "What do you mean you're not going?" Dean asks. "Yes you are." "I spent literally half of my time here trying to get over him dying." Elena says. "I can't look him in the eye." "So you're not coming." "I'm sorry Dean." Elena says. "But it was really good to see you." » It's been a year since Sam risked his life and fell into the pit with Lucifer. All Elena wanted to do was give up. Dean had moved in with Lisa and seemed to be happy. Left with no other option, Elena decides to track him down. Just when things were finally getting right, Sam is back, but he's different.
