For seven years, Liliana lived with her mother in an emotionally void family life with little to do, no friends, and no proper education. However, shortly after her seventh birthday, her mentally broken mother sold her to a man named Ceseth Gifuhildi - a world renowned thief and assassin.

As she continued under the tutelage of Ceseth, she learned how to become the world's greatest assassin, and received the name "Jae'sa Roemira Rolvell," later to become known as Jae'sa Gifuhildi.
