Violet and Riley's parents die on a plane to San Franks Lake, For a business holiday.
Violet, Riley, Jet, Lex, Caleb and Willow decide to head to a place, not known by many named, Jefferson Gully.
There they meet a family of four and the daughters boyfriend. The town seems pretty quiet, and there is no-one else around.
That is until dark. They're everywhere hundreds of them. But only fifty slip back into the darkness before daylight hits.
