Haruno Sakura was perfect at pretending to be someone she was not. She had two physical bodies; her real self and someone entirely different.

Through practice, lies fled from her mouth almost effortlessly. She used this talent as a weapon to avoid anything that could alter the way she lived. This weapon was also a reminder that her world had turned into a complete mess, just so she could get back the happiness her family once had.

Sakura had been living a lie for three years now, and this year would be her last. The sacrifice she was making would all be worth it in the end.

However, no plan ever goes the way you want it to.

For Sakura, her past was what she wanted, happiness was what she wanted to gain. What she didn't plan on was falling in love, becoming friends with the a bunch of strangers and having to choose between bringing back the past, or facing the real world straight on.

Her name is Haruno Sakura and this is her story.

"What would you think Karin would want with Sakura...?" Kakashi murmured. Kairn? What did she have to do with any of this. "I... I honestly wouldn't know... I don't keep up with them anymore. Why?" "Because Sakura was reported to be knocked out in a red headed girls arms just this morning, they tried to catch up to her, but failed." Kakashi murmured, Naruto grabbed Sasuke's arms and pinned them to his sides. Everyone knew Sasuke was about to act irrationally. Sasuke was wordless, he didn't know what to do. His mind raced. They couldn't catch up to Karin? They couldn't save her? He knew there was something they weren't telling him. "What the fuck.... you told me she was safe in this damn village!" Sasuke yelled.
