Rosemary Thatcher is an agent with the SSR, working alongside the military as World War II rages on. She's made it her personal mission to do anything she can to keep her friends, Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes, safe once they join the army, but that mission comes at a cost when she is captured by Hydra on a mission to save Bucky. They transform her into a weapon and, with memories wiped, her and Bucky work together as Hydra's deadliest agents, reunited as strangers.
