I frantically looked around for something....anything.....but it was pitch black. There was nothing TO see. Tears silently slipped down my cheeks as the foot steps softly faded out as they padded further up the stairs. I was in an attic. Alone. In the dark. Being held hostage. Would I ever make it out? Would he be nice enough to untie me and let me out in the open? Would someone come to my aid? Is there anyone out there looking for me? Should I be worried? Does anyone know I'm gone? Is anyone else worried? Would I ever be able to see someone who meant a great deal to me? I spoke the only words I could think of......my only form of escape......my only form of hope for that matter: "Save me Spider-Man."
