The Psychiatrist (Doctor Who Fanfic)

What was the Doctor before the Time War? Why does he have a special connection with the Master? What if he was more than a Doctor? What if he was a Gallifreyan psychiatrist in training? What if the Master was his patient, and never recovered? He would have never forgive himself. He would push everyone away, so that he couldn't hurt them also. He would never tell anyone about it. Most of all, he would become the Doctor.
