In Fioria there are 4 sections which are called wealth city, heart city, love city , and host city (I'll explain more of why they are called that and what each city is like in the actual fanfic) .And every year when a group of teenagers turn 18 they are grouped into these four sections, however how they do this changes every year.Now,  Lucy Heartfilia must be put into one of these groups to live in forever.She plans to get into host city, but things go unexpected when she meets this pink haired boy with the name of Natsu.What section will Lucy get in?
