Letters, they can do so much in so little time. For Sophie Stewart, this happens to be true; one day, she received a cream colored envelope with a letter encased inside. This letter held powerful news to her. The news that she was being watched; she was being watched constantly by 'Mr.X' who is after her. To hold her inside of his arms forever under his restraint. She can't talk to the cops though; if she even dares, she will be taken right away.

It is like a game he is playing. Like a game of chess almost. If she tries to move her pawn -like in the direction to call the cop- she will be captured by him. If she tries to tell family -like moving her pawn the over direction- she will also be captured. She just has to stay still, and wait for him to make his move of capturing her. It is a slow waiting game, with a lot of guesswork. Can she find out who 'Mr. X' is before it is too late? Who is 'Mr. X'? For Sophie, this is all she wonders while she receives letters from her kidnapper.
