The Obsessive Villainess Vol. 1 ✔
"Don't touch that man." "Why not?" "He has a beast guarding him." I am that beast; Nora. I woke up as the villain of this book, destined to die after going crazy due to my love for the main lead. "I spent my last life wanting to die, and now that I've decided to survive, this world is after me?" No. I won't die such a pathetic death. I will survive this time. No matter what. But first, I need to survive these main leads. One won't leave me alone; the other keeps fighting with me; another is destined to kill me... Even my superpowers are so weak! Surviving in a world that hates me... Is kinda difficult. *** I got tired of reading about 'special' and 'pure-hearted' heroines so I decided to write about a character I could relate to. Writing gets better after first few chapters. [#1 Angst] [#1 Obsession] [#2 Yandere] [#1 Villain] [#1 Antagonist] [#1 Superpowers]Kumpleto
Guardians of the Light (Book 1: Rebirth)
Many centuries ago, an unspoken darkness swept across the land taking all that was light and pure in the world with it. Creatures of this darkness roamed free to spread the darkness wherever they went consuming any trace of light remaining. In order to stop The Darkness from controlling the world, a group of priests took the remaining pieces of light and placed them within the body of two chosen children. They became known as the Children of the Light. Their sacrifice was not in vain, leaving behind spoken words for the next generation of children born with the pure light energy within them. Over time an organisation built on these words was formed called The Guardians, who were tasked to seek out the next chosen children and protect them from The Darkness should it rise again. Centuries have come and gone as the battle between the light and the darkness still rages on, unaware of the human race that creatures live among them and that a battle between them and the guardians has gone on for many years. Present day we find ourselves in a small city named New Haeven that has become the centre of the secret world of light and dark. The current story follows a Guardian by the name of Ronin. Ronin saw the faces of the new Children of the Light and was tasked by the Elders to track them down and protect them at all costs. The children were both college students and were one male and one female whose names were James Hillman and Sara Danvers..When Ronin went to see he ran into a ghost from his past, Lillian. The story continues on with Ronin seeking answers from the Elders about how a Guardian could come back from the dead.Kumpleto
A Legend Reborn.
The Golden Age- When the Traveler arrived, a time of peace, prosperity, and infinite possibility sprouted from Earth. Mankind had launched hundreds- if not, thousands- of journeys across the system, connecting Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, even Mercury into an increasingly large web of life and technology. Fast forward to the end of the Golden Age- The Collapse and the Dark Age- alien races surge forth from outside the system- the Eliksni, the Hive, The Cabal, The Vex- all coming for the Traveler. He fought them all, sending his Light, his Power out, crushing the opposition. Then, He was crippled, retreating to a small town. Fast forward to the beginning of our age- The City Age- With His dying breath, The Traveler created the Ghost- small machines that can revive those capable of wielding the Light- His Power- and fight the Darkness. The Hunters scout out terrain, reclaim Dead Zones, and are the eyes and ears of the City- the Warlocks research the secrets of the fundamental ideas of the Darkness, predict future events, and enthrall themselves in the workings of the Light to understand it and to find new ways to work it into the Guardians arsenal- and finally, the Titans, Defenders of the Last City, and the burning lights of hope in the shadows. Honor-driven. Leaders. Warriors. The Protectors of Humanity. Deeply intertwined in the history of the Last City. What happens when one is reborn and becomes one of the few able to wield the flame of hope as his own, to burn off the shackles of darkness that have been crushing humanity's will and hope to dust, What happens when he experiences so much tragedy, so much pain, that he delves into the shadows? What happens, when he finally snaps? And what happens to his loved ones when they are forced to put him down? And what will his Legend become, if he himself threatens the safety of the Last City. --------------- Thanks go out to the wonderful girl that most would know as @ShadowPine for the Cover art. Moonstone| Blades Saga book 1| Completed
I grew up being told that demons and angels weren't real. That magic were just fairy tales. I'm just a ordinary teenager, or so I thought. I'm Paris Celia. After one day my life change forever. Now I'm in a world full of demons, magic, and angels. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Are you ready to die?" The evil melodic voice asked. His creamy eyes had a hold me. I closed my eyes and tears escaped. "Step away from her." My only hope shouted out. The voice was all to familiar. I stare at the shadowy figure coming closer to me. A sliver light cuts through the evil, but beautiful man. I fall to my knees feeling worthless. I almost died. Darkness surrounds me slipping me into a vulnerable slumber. ---------- This is a semi-religious book. I do not mean to offend anyone in anyway with this book and story line. This is completely edited too.Kumpleto
