Stumbled

Crimson Stanford is a pentecostal Christian who always does what she has to under her church, but inside she wants something more than the conventional. She had to endure abuse or what they call, "discipline" when she strayed from the holy path. She preaches about love when she never knew it herself. She meets the unique character Cyprus Bridgeton, the English exchange student. There is something about him that drives her near him.
He shows her a new way to think, a different world but ultimately what love really means and it's something that stumbles her than ever before. But is it even real?

"I'm just tired of always caring. Caring about what people think of me! I just.." Her eyes raise to his glaring blue eyes. "I just want to feel accepted. I want to live life without being so scared all the time." She continued.
He furrowed his brows harshly like he desired to hurt her. She flinched when he neared her then he gripped her face tightly.
